Changelog

This page lists what’s changed in idea_builder, newest first. Each entry captures the changes you’d notice as a user — new features, changed behavior, and fixes — not the technical plumbing behind them. If you’re looking for what’s coming next rather than what shipped, the Roadmap is the page for you.

The docs site is live — welcome to docs.idea-builder.org.

  • Launched this documentation site with a full journey-based guide: Get Started, the Build pipeline, Toolkits, Integrations, Reference, and Legal.
  • Published user-facing versions of the legal documents: Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, refund policy, and the pricing comparison page.
  • The app’s legal sign-off flow now links to these public pages, so you can read the exact documents you’re being asked to sign before you sign them.
  • Added a searchable glossary covering research phases, PMF, market-sizing terms, scoring frameworks, and financial and legal terminology.
  • Added the FAQ, troubleshooting guide, changelog, and roadmap in the Reference section.
  • Search across the site is instant and works on every page, including localized content.
  • The site supports light and dark mode to match your preference.
  • The docs site is available in all seven product languages, with English as the fallback for pages not yet localized.

The legal sign-off and content safeguards era.

  • New accounts are now asked to review and sign the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service before using the product.
  • Introduced the consent sign-off flow, available in all seven languages.
  • Added CASL-compliant consent capture and a working unsubscribe mechanism to all commercial email, including waitlist invites and marketing messages.
  • Email suppressions are now honored across every sending path — if you unsubscribe from one type of message, you won’t receive it again.
  • Published the refund policy: a 14-day full-refund window on your first subscription, no refund on renewals, and access continuing until the end of any paid period.
  • Strengthened content safeguards across AI research and analysis, including clear labeling of simulated data and informational-not-advice disclaimers on patent, trademark, and financial outputs.
  • Introduced the privacy commitments documented in the Privacy Policy: meaningful consent, data-retention transparency, and breach reporting.
  • Entries are grouped by the date the changes shipped, newest first.
  • Each bullet is a change you can see as a user — a new feature, a changed behavior, or a fix. Internal maintenance and refactoring aren’t listed.
  • We don’t use version numbers on this page; the date is the source of truth for what’s in your account.
  • If a change could affect your existing data or workflows, the entry says so explicitly.
  • This changelog covers both the product and the docs site, so a docs launch appears here like any other release.

The Roadmap lists announced features that haven’t shipped yet. Planned features are not dated — they land when they’re ready.
