Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with access to paid-plan features. When the trial ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan — you keep all your data, just with Free-plan limits. You can upgrade any time, before or after the trial ends.

Open your billing settings and choose the plan you want — you’ll be taken through Stripe checkout to complete the subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Cancel or switch plans in your billing settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

What happens to my paid-plan features when I downgrade?

Section titled “What happens to my paid-plan features when I downgrade?”

Downgrading only changes feature limits — workspaces, ideas, research, and settings stay in place. Features that require a higher plan become locked (for example, you can still view old research but may not be able to run new paid-tier reports). Upgrade again any time to unlock them.

Yes, with conditions. First subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the first payment get a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable — but your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Mid-cycle cancellations after the 14-day window may qualify for a pro-rated refund case by case, and refunds are always given if a service failure on our side made the product unusable. See the Refund policy for the full terms.

You can export your work in several formats: sync to Google Sheets, download a CSV of survey or research data, and export documents as PPTX or PDF. Look for the export options on each feature’s page or in the Decide section.

Yes. You can delete individual ideas, workspaces, and research data from within the product, and you can request full account deletion — contact support and we’ll remove your account and associated data.

Your data is retained while your account is active, and backups are kept to protect against data loss. For the specific retention windows, see the Privacy Policy.

Yes — your data is backed up on an ongoing basis and restorable. If you ever lose data, submit a recovery request and support will restore what they can.

Multi-factor authentication requires a second proof of identity beyond your password — a code from an authenticator app, email, or SMS. Even if someone steals your password, they can’t sign in without the second factor. You’ll also receive backup codes when you enable it; keep them somewhere safe.

Voice login creates a voiceprint from an enrollment phrase and matches it at sign-in. Your voice data is treated as sensitive: you can enroll or revoke it at any time, and revoking deletes the enrollment.

Yes. Every user can only see their own workspaces, ideas, and data — including the data surfaced through AI features and the support assistant. Accounts are strictly isolated from each other.

Research, AI analysis, and generated content are powered by modern large language models, with specialized models for agent tasks. Providers may change over time; the Privacy Policy lists the AI providers data is shared with.

AI processing is measured against your plan’s allowances — for example, a monthly number of AI research reports. When you hit a plan limit, you’ll see a message explaining the limit and how to upgrade. You can track your usage in your account.

Section titled “Is AI-generated content legal or financial advice?”

No. AI output — including patent screening, trademark analysis, financial projections, and research summaries — is informational and provided to help you make your own decisions. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Always confirm important findings with a professional where it matters.

Open the support widget in the product and click Still need help? — your message goes to the support team, who reply by email. You can also email support directly. Pro and Team plans get priority response times.

If data goes missing, support can restore it from backups. Recovery requests are handled as a limited number of open tickets, so get in touch as soon as you notice a problem and describe what’s missing and when you last saw it.

When signup is in waitlist mode, the signup page lets you join the waitlist with your email. That’s it — we take it from there.

When there’s room, we send invites by email to the address you registered with, in the order people joined. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for the invite.

Open the invite link in the email, and it takes you to account creation for your reserved spot. Invites are personal to the email address they were sent to.
