Roadmap
This page lists what we’ve announced and are working on. It’s a promise of direction, not a schedule: things can slip, change shape, or get cut as we learn what founders actually need. Features move onto this page when we’ve committed to building them, and off it when they ship. See the Changelog for what has shipped.
How we decide what’s next
Section titled “How we decide what’s next”We prioritize work that helps founders validate faster and decide with more confidence — features that unblock the most users, reduce busywork, or open new validation capabilities. Ideas for the roadmap come from three places:
- What founders ask for in support and on the waitlist.
- Gaps we see while using the product ourselves.
- Direction set by the product team.
If a feature you need isn’t listed here, tell us — the fastest way is through the support widget in the product.
Guided product tours
Section titled “Guided product tours”Step-by-step, interactive walkthroughs inside the product that show new users how to complete their first validation run — from creating an idea to reading their first research report — without reading the docs.
Contact-center AI
Section titled “Contact-center AI”An AI contact center for your startup: a voice-capable assistant that answers customer questions about your product around the clock, grounded in your own content, so early-stage teams don’t need a full support operation.
Multi-LLM provider support
Section titled “Multi-LLM provider support”The ability to choose which AI model provider powers your research and AI analysis, with transparent pricing per provider, so you can balance quality, speed, and cost the way you want.
Idea prioritization matrix
Section titled “Idea prioritization matrix”A dedicated matrix view for scoring and ranking all your ideas across ICE, RICE, and PIE frameworks at once — with custom weights — so you can see which idea deserves your next month of work.
Google Trends widget
Section titled “Google Trends widget”A live Google Trends widget embedded in your workspace, so you can watch search interest for your topic climb or fade as part of the research pipeline instead of leaving the app.
Public API & automation
Section titled “Public API & automation”A documented public API for your ideas, research, and validation data, so you can pull your work into dashboards, build custom workflows, and connect idea_builder to the rest of your startup stack. Planned for Team plans and above.
Shipment cadence
Section titled “Shipment cadence”New features ship as soon as they’re ready and pass our checks — there’s no fixed release schedule to wait for. Watch the Changelog or follow the product’s in-app announcements to know when something on this page has landed.
In the meantime, don’t plan your quarter around anything on this page — treat it as direction, not commitments with dates.
